My American road trip commenced and ended in Las Vegas, the site of a close friends wedding, so the ‘Valley of Fire’ was a natural destination to visit being just an hours drive North of Sin City. The landscape and geology in the Valley of Fire is an incredible sight, unlike anything you see back in the UK, I spent the evening photographing the ‘Fire Wave’ as the last desert light faded over the horizon. It will be good to get back to this beautiful part of the world again sometime…
